In the month that they celebrate their birthday, all associates are granted a paid day off!

Holiday Pay

At Build-A-Bear’s World Bearquarters and Bearhouse, employees are eligible for up to 6 paid holidays, including New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Bear Builder Associate Appreciation Month (BBAM!)

Non-management, part-time colleagues who have worked for BABW for at least 90 days prior to September 1st will get an extra average day during this memorable month!
