Maternity Leave

• Employees who are pregnant and work at least 20 hours per week on a full-time, short-term, or part-time basis are automatically eligible for this leave as of their hire date.
• Maternity Leave normally provides 6 weeks to heal from a vaginal delivery & 8 weeks to recover from a C-section delivery from the date of birth.
• If the doctor suggests and documents more healing time, Maternity Leave can be extended.
• With the disability cause of pregnancy, pregnant women can begin their Maternity Leave up to 4 weeks before their due date.

Paid Parental Leave

•  Facebook gives four months of paid leave to full-time employees at the time of their child’s birth or adoption.
