- As a newly eligible associate, you can enroll for the Walmart Employee Benefits during your initial enrollment period, during Annual Enrollment, or when you have a status change event.
- The start of your initial enrolment period is determined by your employment classification.
- If you are a Hawaii Associate, visit the chapter on Eligibility & Benefits for Hawaii Associates.
- Insurance Benefits for medical, dental, vision, critical sickness, accidents, and accidental deaths and dismemberment (AD&D).
- Only during Annual Enrollment or after a status change event can it be modified.
- If you enroll in the Short-Term Disability improved, Long-Term Disability, or Truck Driver Long Term Disability Plans, you will receive the following benefits.
- You can cancel your coverage at any time, but you will only be able to add it back during an initial enrollment period, Annual Enrollment or you have a status change event.
- You can enroll in, withdraw, or amend optional life insurance benefits at any time, but if you do so after the first enrollment period, you will be charged a fee.
- During the enrollment period, you must submit proof of good health.
